CAD DRAFTER I

ROLE SUMMARY:

CAD professional will be in charge of producing 2D CAD drawings based on engineers' designs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work in conformity with company's current MEP standards.

- Possesses a strong working knowledge and ability to use AutoCAD including working with varying architectural scales, manipulating x-refs, setting up drawings of various sizes etc.

- Communicate with architects and engineers to create coordinated drawings

- Identify design conflicts and communicate to engineers

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D

- Experience with MEP Engineering is a strong plus

- Experience with Revit is a strong plus

- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

- Motivated to continually learn and improve

- Ability to interface with construction industry professionals with professionalism and credibility

- Fluent in English (speaking/writing) with strong communication skills.
